Randal Langdon joined the staff of Cathedral of Hope in 2022 as our Chief Operating Officer.

Previously, he was the Functional Leader of Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Asset Management with CapGemini Consulting. He founded RLPartners, LLC, a specialized consulting, advisory, mutual fund and venture capital firm in 2010. Randal joined Capital Advisors in 2009 as President, Director and COO. A 35-year veteran of the financial services industry, Randal has had a distinguished career. He was the Senior Vice President of Investments with Raymond James Financial. He spent 23 years moving up through the ranks at Merrill Lynch, ultimately attaining the position of Senior Managing Director and First Vice President. While at Merrill Lynch, Randal lead the strategic initiatives of the retail, capital markets, international and corporate divisions.

Randal holds a BS in Biochemistry, an MBA in Quantitative Finance and completed the Wharton Advanced Leadership Development program.
