Jon Nelson

Because I am as old as I am, I've probably served on over forty boards, both public and private. All those boards on which I served have focused on those in need and the voiceless. Here at this church, I've served on various committees, including the Board of Stewards. Presently, I serve as one of the Usher Captains and am part of a small group. What I've learned from all these years is I don't have all the answers, but I'm a good listener and I've always had a desire to build consensus because that's the best way to make meaningful progress. If we're going to support something, we're going to have to have by in. Because this church touches so many lives in so many ways, I would just like to be part of the continued, impactful growth of Cathedral of Hope.
