About Us

This service group works with the Next Generations Coordinator to make our Children’s Church ministry happen. There are several levels of involvement in Children’s Church. We have volunteers who work and play with our younger children. For our elementary age children, one volunteer leads the lesson time and walks the children through the Bible story for the week. Other volunteers work alongside this leader to maintain a positive environment that helps children learn and grow in their faith. We are looking for volunteers for all three areas and ask that volunteers serve once every 4-6 weeks as their schedule allows. Volunteers will need to pass a background check as well as agree to follow Cathedral of Hope’s policy for working with children and youth.
